Back-office task/organizer for a client?

I am working with a real estate agent with development and lead generation. I would like to use an easy to use back-office where I can list what I'm currently working on, tasks that need to be completed, and so on. She would be able to see it as well as add her own tasks or notes, or just simple messages. We have currently just been using email but it's becoming unorganized.

Can anyone suggest an online site, or even a wordpress plugin that would work?

    What you are looking for is project management software. This one would be perfect for you Project management software, online collaboration: Basecamp have used it myself, and it's great

      Yeah I have checked out basecamp before, great product. For the time being I think I will just go with a wordpress plugin I found: WP-Task-Manager. Super basic, but meets my initial needs for now. Plus it's in their sites back-office so no need for them to learn a new login/application. Keep It Simple Stupid, hehe.

      Only bad thing about the plugin is there isn't a way to attach files to a task, which would be handy for me.
