Best Ways to Get JV for upcoming WSO

Hey Warrior Dudes and Dudettes,

I am working on my first WSO. There was a similar post yesterday about the liabilities/expenses associated with running a WSO. From that thread, it seemed one of the most important things a warrior can do is get JV on boards. If you are new and new to the board, how do you make the relationships with the affiliates who can help make it successful.

On a second note, I've read posts in the past which said price of WSO is key to affiliates, but we all know some WSO are under $10 (mine will not be). How can price attract affiliates with this little amount of money.

    Join as many JV groups on Skype & Facebook as you can, and network, network, network.....

    There's a good Facebook WSO group here (free to join)

    Skype is your friend! Its very easy to talk to people one on one and get to know them a bit better plus its faster then old email.

    They can charge a low price on their WSO with affiliates because they

    1. promote the product themselves and keep those profits

    and

    2. Offer 100% commissions and make their money on the upsell/downsell

    Yes, use skype. It's the best medium to get JV.

    Also, if you have a great product, you could contact other WSO Vendors who in the same niche with you and ask them to do JV with you. It's better to JV with just one super-affiliate, than JV with 100 general affiliates.

    Now just imagine how many people are going to get Skype invites from people they do not know (which is spamming) - there is no way for you to stand out and no way for you to get noticed amongst all the others.

    You have to do a few things to gain JV's:

    1) You have to find out where they hang out. The Facebook group mentioned above seems great (although Bill I applied weeks ago and you have still not let me in!)
    There are however many other groups on here, including Skype groups. Simply search for them.

    2) You have to interact. If people ask questions, answer them well and answer consistently. You need JV's to start noticing you exist. Do not simply write once and somehow believe people should notice you. Be knowledgable and be helpful and you name will start to become known.

    3) Once you have established yourself a little in the group - then it's time to try and make contact. BUT you have to be original. There are tons of thread on here about networking and creating initial contact. I remember once being with Willie Crawford and other marketing friends, talking about how people sometimes send pizza's and cookies to grab people's attention.

    Do something unique and show you have a quality product and JV's will come. Do not simply try for a week and expect it all to come to you. It can takes weeks if not months to create these relationships.

    If you need things quicker then talk to a JV broker - they spend their lives keeping the JV relationships hot for people like you.
