How Important is it for a Membership Site to have a CRM for its Members?
It is a lead generation site and every lead that comes in gets sent to the members email.
Recently my team has been debating whether we should add a CRM for our members where there they could log in and see the leads and any general updates or information.
Some team members feel a CRM is useless because people wont bother to log in if since they are also getting updated via email.
Other team members feel it will be very effective for creating a feeling of a "community" around our website and having them more in our 'territory' then in their email...
