You can get a free trial of camtasia for 60 days. This can probably do everything you need and a little more!

Camtasia is hands down one of the best video editing software out there.

As a video editor of over 13 years I have to say no, camtasia is not even close to the best video editing software out there. It's screen cap software.

However, it will get the job done.

Ezvid is a great free tool, but nothing can beat Camtasia.

I am not sure if there is a free editor to do this. YOur best bet is camtasia studio. Just get the trial and use it.
If you like it then buy it later on.

For PC and ease of use then Camtasia. For the Mac Screenflow.

There are better editors but these get the job done without a steep learning curve.

Any software that can edit will do the job if it can open your video and render it in a format you can live with. Virtualdub will open many videos. Some will need plugins. Basically all you need is to create an opaque image the correct size and overlay it on the sensitive areas. An easier way is to scroll away from the top of the browser where your account numbers are for most of the video and just trim away the few frames that show them during your screen capture.

    Hi!
There is free program called FastStone Capture that will do the blur...although I haven't quite figured out exactly how to use it yet. One that I find myself using although I haven't mastered it - but more so than FastStone - is Screen-cast-o-matic. A free service and I really love it. Hope these help.

      Maybe Fiverr.com.

Let's say you find 3 gigs by 3 gig'ers. First 2 are less than wonderful but the 3rd is a champ. Even if you had to pay #3 an extra gig, $10, your total cost is 20 bucks.

      No software.
      No learning curve.
      Job done.
And probably the most important thing is a reliable contact at Fiverr.com.

      I just saying...
