What's niche/site type HOT to be sold on Flippa now?

It appears that SEO reseller service sites are insanely popular on Flippa right now.

Basically you create a website that outsources link building and other SEO services to providers on Fiverr and then profits from the margin from selling the exact same service on a well-designed and well-focused website.

These sites pop up like weeds on Flippa ever day and many sellers only list these type of sites for sale.

Anything that is producing monthly revenue is going to be hot on flippa.

If you can make a site that consistently makes money then it will sell like hotcakes.

Wrong. I am not sure what is wrong with peple on flippa, but I had a website that was making $8k per month and nobody wanted to bid more than like $5k. People over there have turned into cheap skates.

The only thing I see that sells extremely well anymore is adsense sites. Because people on flippa do not want to put an work or effort into a site they buy, they just want to buy it and watch it collect money. Adsense can do this, service sites cannot.

If no one was willing to bid more than that it's because something about your auction wasn't adding up, and folks with the money to pay what it was worth were staying away because of it. Otherwise, you would have had no problem getting a lot more than $5k.

Reseller sites are really popular. Though it's hard to find a legit reseller website on flippa that is already banking good. They usually sell these reseller sites and at the end they only SEO the site once just for proof that it can sure rank. I think they even pay themselves for the service as proof or pay others to buy the service and then on contract agreement issue refund. Just my thought on how it is like on those reseller sites. I mean if something is like a trend now, obviously something you can produce cheaper on the same scale those sites are selling on those flippa sites.

Why not go to Flippa and see for yourself? You can research lists of all the sites that are currently selling and already sold. I'm not sure many people here will spend hours researching the hottest niches on Flippa just to post them on WF.

If your site is generating sales and traffic, then it would sale. Turnkey Service sites mostly are quick flips, so you will need to know how to generate traffic and sales to your sites within a short time frame. You can use Adwords, or other PPC but you must state this in you listing. Also, you must offer users Google Adword Coupons by default, if adwords was one of your ways of getting revenue to the site. There is also a lot of free ways to generate traffic and sales too.

Autoblogs, SEO Services, Designs, Social Media are all hot turnkey service sites. I wouldn't go for Yahoo Answers, in my opinion. I have seen these sell for a lot of money, but the revenue was high as well.

I also see a lot of people doing the whole Autoblog service, and they make good money, but again the seller claims high revenue in short time frame.

If your site isn't generating revenue then you need something unique, or close to being unique that people may find interesting. Your rep is important, but also building a email list of bidders is important too.

Yes, like several commentators said that the important thing in flipping is traffic and revenue, also the unique feature too.
I saw that turnkey site (PR 0 Alexa N/A Traffic 0) is still having profit potential. It is about strategy how to flip this smartly.

My sites auction on average for over $300 and I sell turnkey websites. I also help those who need it to monetize their sites afterwards. It's tons of work but I believe if you sell a good service your sites will sell for more like mine. I'm also about to open a membership site where you can download my turnkey shops and sell them. The difficult part about flippa is helping the buyers monetize their sites. Simply making a quick sale and saying goodbye will lead to negative feedback at some point in time, which is not what anyone really wants.

You need to be able to identify niches where buyers can make money, or you need to have sites that are already producing.

The key is in being able to present yourself as a legitimate business opportunity for buyers.

Give them all the tools to show them that your niche is really a profitable one if they are willing to put in the work.

Show them exactly what they can do to start monetizing their website.

All Turnkey Service Sites gets saturated, that's just what happens. When people first started selling these service sites, you could sell them for $500 with no traffic and sales because they was "hot." Now since everyone is doing it, you must have good steady traffic and sales, and even then it is a risk.

You must have a eye popping title, a great description that explains everything about the site. It is a must to have upload videos, screenshots, Verified Google Analytics, and any other information that may be important.

Now, the key isn't selling the site... The key is generating traffic and sales to your site within a short period of time.

Yes, you're right. Many buyers on Flippa see traffic and revenue before they buy. It makes turnkey site sold by cheap price.
Giving service to make first sale or revenue is brilliant idea.
Please tell me about niche that you sell on Flippa?
Then, how to help your buyers making their first sale/revenue?

Among of Flippa buyers are newbie. Giving them best service and step by step to run their business until they make first sale is good investment for Flipping Website Business on Flippa.

I got confuse to drive instant traffic and get revenue rapidly. We know that turnkey site is made for fast flipping on Flippa.
How to drive instant traffic?
I think if I buy visitor service provider is not good idea because it is a fake for buyers.
Buying fans/follower is not good idea too because buyers will not get targeted visitors to their site.

Can easily go for $1000+ because it's earning over $100 in a little over half a month period. It's no real work to profit.

That site listed above about trends, NOT TRUE: Flippa Leaderboard - Duplicate Flips

Many of these sites listed as 'Most reposted' are not actually people trying to sell sites. They are just 'shell' accounts users are building and helping boost their Flippa reputation or getting a false reputation built on , IMO

Flippa is a great site however. Just need to find niches.

A site like the one I posted, you can purchase, hold onto for 3 months and probably re-sell for more. You just need to have capital to invest and a little knowledge on how to further exploit would also help.

Evergreen niche will always be profitable to sell. But it also depends on the kw that you're ranking for and the traffic it is generating. You can only sell high if your site is making money and have tons of traffic or at least have the potential.

I think Turnkey Site is right way for newbie (like me

) to learn about IM and earn money from IM biz (in this case is Web Flipping). Established Site is to hard for newbie because it requires huge knowledge and effort to make it having high value.
If a newbie know about create good business service, good in designing, and good in making sales letter, I think it is not impossible to get high bid for their site.
