One of the first model comes in my mind is service business, but there may be other models that I don't know.

    I think as long as you do the business alone, without hire employees, the fixed cost will be low.

    Whether it is a service business, affiliate marketing business, or product creation business, your fixed cost will be low. No salaries need to pay monthly, no office rent money to pay monthly, will keep your fixed/ overhead cost very very low.
