need recommendations on guides for buying websites

Hello,
After reading some posts by Glen Allsopp, Chris Guthrie and others, I've become interested in the idea of buying up websites. However, I obviously want to avoid costly mistakes. Can anyone recommend a good guide? I found these on Amazon- does anyone have experience with these or others? Thanks!

  • The best practice is to find reliable broker , which actually is not easy at all and it depends on your budget. Some of the brokers will only sell that cos 10k and more

  • Thanks guys! I'm actually looking more for information on how to make good decisions on and common pitfalls on what to avoid when looking for a website to buy more than the actual buying process. I'll need to know this too, but since I've never bought a website before, I need to start with good information on finding a good investment, then progress into the actual buying process. I'll check out products on Clickbank. If anyone else has read the ebooks on Amazon, please let me know. Thanks again for the help!
