HI,

anyone tried Google search for a private site ?

1. does it increase amount of indexed pages ?
2. does it generate more adsense revenue ?

Will be glad if you share some knowledge...

    I tried it. IF you get someone over to the page, then it probably generates x4 clickthru to ads compared to a normal page. I just found it restrictive in the way the box is designed (and u cannot change it).

    I have not researched if it increases the indexed pages... I would think if too many people search, then the crawler starts coming in, but if too many people are on the site, the crawler will come in anyways... so my hunch: no.
