They list carson gave is the most complete list.. unfortunately they do not convert.

I wasted a lot of time transfering all my gigs to 2 fiverr alternative sites and I did not make ANY sales whatsoever..

If you are after traffic try sites like odesk.com and microworker.com. You can pay someone very little to do seo work, or post ads for you. Works well

I use Fiverr, GigBucks and GigPursuits. So far GigPursuits has been the most profitable for me because of their low 10% commission and no withdrawal fees.

The part about the traffic is true, however I think the alternatives can help me make more money. The beauty of it all is that posting is free. So I will post on Fiverr, Gig bucks and GigPursuits. Then I will let the Fiverr and Gig bucks postings sit there and heavily market my gigs on Gig pursuits as they have the lowest commission. That way I'm hedging my bets.

Yes, just stick with Fiverr, but improve your marketing for your gigs. Other fiverr-clones will not give you traffic either. You must get the traffic by yourself.

You could use Forum Marketing. Join on several forums that related with your gigs, write quality posts, and link your signature with your gigs. In this way, you will get targeted traffic that will easily convert into sales.

A lot of stuff that you see on fiverr, could easily be gotten by hiring a va on odesk (with the exception of many of those acting gigs). I love odesk....it's saved me a ton of time from having to do a lot of the work myself.

Yes there are quite a few-but the alternatives can offer differences that are significant-they may focus on specific skills, or offer greater flexibility to earn more than "5" bucks at a time Cashgigs.net is one that has quietly been growing and seems to attract a lot of the Indian Technical gurus and you can earn up to 100 bucks for a gig-which aint bad...gigbucks, tentown

No site comes close to fiverr.

The traffic in fiverr is like light years away compared to it's competitors.

Also, some fiverr clone sites offers paid feature. You pay a certain amount to get your gig featured which I think is not fair. Unlike in fiverr you just need a few orders to get the ball rolling.

Let people talk about the Gigbucks and other alternatives but none of them are worth trying (you have to accept it from both buyer as well as seller point of view). Does that means there are no 'Real' alternative to Fiverr??

    Yes there are!
Actually these 2 sites are really gaining momentum and has the ability to compete with Fiverr also. Because these 2 sites have some unique features which other alternative or fiverr does not have.

I'll give you and advise after been scammed by this clones. The main good microjobs and trust sites for me is fiverr.com and jobasker.com, both are managed by real companys in the US. After I made some money in Gigswood, they shut the website and took my money, if you want to know if you can trust on this website go to about us section, if it is not a registered company then it is an scam and can disappear with your money anytime.

fiverr and jobasker are the only websites registered under US law to protect buyers and sellers.

From my experience, fiverr is the best. I have tried the other options but have had some bad experiences with late deliveries or no deliveries at all. Those that delivered delivered substandard work. Only a couple of them were trustworthy.I went back to fiverr after trying almost a dozen gigs.

Most Fiverr clone sites aren't very good. Why? There aren't enough people offering services in them. You need a massive critical mass to replicate Fiverr. Most of these clone sites don't have that mass. Also, the billing system is not battle-tested like Fiverr. Don't get confused and think I am hyping up Fiverr. I am not-Fiverr has some serious issues to address. Still, despite its problems, it is still the best source for cheap services and some digital products out there.

Yeah, good old zeerk is gone. However, a lot of fiverr clones are still around for us. Most bill via pay pal and are as similar in many way. However, some are better than fiverr in that they allow links in your profile which fiverr use to have, but got rid of - with out telling us.

Sadly, most do not have the traffic, and you will not get much exposure. Still, I have used fiverr clones with good results for me. Wish fiverr still generated HTML code for my web site, but that option is so gone.

I have started promoting my offerings on fiveruk after using fiverr for a very long time & surprisingly it is real quick to get business on fiverr & same with the fiveruk.

The team with fiveruk is working well to establish their business & their online ranking is growing frequently. I vote for it most of the time whenever I see someone looking for such options.

I have gigs on other fiverr clone sites... but frankly I haven't gotten a single order from them. All my orders come from fiverr, so no point in focusing on the rest.

What's the point in looking for competitive sites? Probably the best competitors (with actual users) are oDesk and Freelancer.com

I wouldn't count much on Alexa, Alexa values can be easily manipulated.

Up to my knowledge, These are the top :

    - Gigbucks
    - fourerr
    - fiversworld

If your looking to buy services, check out SEOclerks. Great services, and great providers. The owner will go out of his way to help you if you have a problem.

If your looking to make money, avoid fittytown like the plague. They have owed me 120.00 for 3 months now and have no interest in answering any emails from me.

    No, I can't believe this....

Oddly enough I have been testing a new x-platform gig *thing* and I have found fiverr to be the lowest return. It's saturated with rubbish, too many idiots asking endless questions, a 20% steal by fiverr, the rules about not being able to upsell off-site all make it less of a performer for me so far.

great list, thanks. Fiverr is still my favorite by far for the ease of use and the fact that they are trustworthy. I might still look around though.
