Outsourcing Kindle Marketing?

I would like to come up with a plan to possibly hire a VA and outsource all of the marketing tasks for my kindle books.

I write and publish my own non fiction books, so I all want a VA to do is get more traffic to the sales page.

What kinds of marketing activities should I focus on?

ie: link building for keywords that point to the Amazon sales page, etc.

    The first method is not obvious...
    And that's this: build a brand! Not links not all the normal stuff you here on WF. Focus on writing content for one specific audience. That way, they will begin to look for you, as opposed to you looking for them.

    The second method is...
    Develop an active "review acquisition strategy". It's well known that reviews affect where you are ranked in the Kindle marketplace. And where you are ranked affects how much internal traffic you get.

    The third method is...
    Add social media to your kindle books. Invite people (on the last page of your ebooks) to join your fan page, facebook group or follow you on twitter or linkedin.

    Then you can remarket to them, all the time. We talk about these strategies all the time in the Kindle Skype Mastermind (I just gave you some of the best ones)

    Outsourcing would not be bad, but your would really need to train your VA. With amazon changing its TOS, your VA can easily get your account banned by using marketing methods amazon may not approve of. So, this is something I would rather do for my self.

    However, if you do have money, there are some companies that can help you in publicizing your books.

    There are a few services for promoting your amazon links I think. You should use them. I dont remember the name but it is there.
