I bought some (good) products with resell rights to pass on to my subscribers.

However, despite the fact that I paid about $20-odd for the items in question (from a reputable resell site) I now noticed that the resell rights licence says I have to charge $37 for each of the items when I resell for personal use and $97 to sell with resell rights.

How can this be so when I only paid $20-ish for the two of them?

They are a few years old (although still great products) so I think it's pretty unreasonable to charge my subscribers the kind of money the licence claims I have to. Especially when the product is available cheaper elsewhere...

How do I get around this?

    Hi Dave,

Ask the site where you bought them. Very often people upload PLR or resell products to those sites without first taking out the conditions they had written for other sales avenues.

At the very least that is a restriction that should have been stated on the sales-page.

They can't tell you what you HAVE to charge, but they can SUGGEST that you charge a minimum amount.
