Promoting in Article Marketing

You cannot leave affiliate links in articles, so do article marketers only promote their own products?

Also, are you suppose to create a new account and name for each niche you promote?

Some large article directories like GoArticles allow affiliate links in your bio box at the end of your article while others like EzineArticles don't. What you would do in EZA's case is include a link in your bio box to some kind of landing page where you collect optins or pre-sell the customer.

Having a new identity for every niche you promote is entirely up to you. Some people use pen names in certain niches to protect both their identities and the niches that they are in so they don't get swamped with competition. If you want to use your own name or change it every time you enter a new niche, that is completely up to you.

If you want to include affiliate links in your article then you can buy a domain and redirect it to the affiliate link.

However it's best as Curtis says to send them to a presell page or collect optins.

With EzineArticles you are only allowed one account, but you can set up as many pen names as you like if you want a different authour name.
