    Give them the" What" & sell the "How". You can also give away the first two chapters
    Of your report,they get hooked, they opt-in for the rest of the report.
    You then upsell, or offer a full version for a price.

    Whats your freebi offer? Also try videos in a slide presentation format.
    People need to hear & see. It helps establish some connections & emotion triggers.

    I don't think you can really make a profit and build credibility with customers if you're not offering at least some value in return.

    Your niche is so narrow that the only thing you have to say is what is directly in your product? Maybe you need to broaden your scope just a tad when putting content out? EXAMPLE: I can talk about how to gem hunt all day and night and really give people great info -- but they will still pay to know Where to find the stuff - just after reading the site for awhile they will be better prepared to FIND it when they get there.
