So I'm an experienced buyer of WSO's, but I've not yet sold one. I do have a product in the works though so I'm just trying to get the requirements straight! The link I see up top says "Warrior Forum Is Going Back To Paid Status Effective Immediately", but I've also seen the part about paying to post a WSO. Dumb question perhaps, but I pay both of these, correct?

Any other words of advice or posts I should read as I prepare? Do I need specific stats before I can do a WSO?

I appreciate any help!

Hi Ron. In order to post a wso, you have to be a war room member and then after you pay for your war room membership you have to pay another $40 to post your wso in the Warrior Special Offers section. So yes, you have to pay both of these.

I've never posted a WSO for sale myself so I'm afraid I can't help you with any advice as far as that goes. As for specific stats, well, I've seen wso's posted by people who have joined the forum the same month that they have posted their wso up for sale and with as few as five posts or less.

I wish you the best of luck with your wso!

Thanks for the reply! I thought I understood right but wanted to be sure. I think I've found what info I need for the rest of it, so hopefully I can get it all in place!

If you want to launch your own WSO, you need to research the WSO Marketplace first.
What product that the market wanted?
What product that sold well on the WSO Forum?

I've seen so many WSOs that are sold only for 1-50 copies, just because the WSO covers topics that market do not need/ want to buy.

    So...
    1. First, you need to research the market
    2. Create the product
    3. Make a high conversion sales page
    4. Focus your marketing effort in attracting affiliates, not buyers.
Most best-selling WSO Vendors that I know do best in this step. They are not people who create the best/ most unique product. But the people who can attract a lot of affiliates to promote their products.

Thanks for the motivation! Still in the build phase though but it will definitely go up when it's done!...and...hopefully it won't suck!

To have a successful WSO, you need to get affiliates onboard - especially when it is your first WSO. Offer a generous commission, and start networking now, not just before you go live with your WSO. Build relationships with others in IM (especially through Skype and Facebook groups), help others out, and let them know you have a product coming out, and give review copies to potential partners.

I would say also make sure you have a funnel in place so you can maximise your return - either an OTO closely related to the WSO, or else follow up products that your buyers would find useful (or both).

    Good luck with it!

One important thing: remember that the whole thread of your WSO will be a sales letter not only the post with your buy button. When you post your WSO you gotta stay near computer for at least several hours and refresh the page every 5 minutes or more often. People will notice your WSO very quickly and will start asking questions about it. You have to answer them as quickly as possible. No one is going to wait hours while you answer.

Also right after you post your WSO thread make another post in that thread with words "Reserved for FAQ". If you notice a lot of skillful WSO sellers do that.

    Good luck, man!
