im tryin to get started on ebay . I think it can be profitable even with some of the bad things ive heard . I was wondering does anyone have any suggestions on how to make money on ebay /getting started one ebay books . your answers will be greatly appreciated

    First thing, have you tried searching on Google using the keystring 'how to make money on Ebay?'

    You may click on that link above and you'll get answers more than what you've expected to have. A list with 30,300,000 results may be good enough.

    You'll also get tons of search results using the Search feature of this forum. We used the same keystring and we got 321 search results straight to Warriors' answers.

    are you really ready for ebay?
    based on my 5 years in ebay, 1 thing you must have and begin to understand it is a Commitment

     Any enterprise/seller requires dedication, and your eBay selling business is no exception. There are going to be days filled with elation when a little $5 statue you found in a yard sale sells for $1,000.

    And I still get a kick out of seeing customers return, or receiving especially flattering feedback, or learning that buyers have added me to their favorite sellers list. It's easy to go to work on those days.

    But once in a while you'll discover that a $1,000 statue was lost or damaged in transit and, as a result, you have received your first negative feedback even though you packed and shipped it carefully.

    You will get knocked down. You will get bored. You might feel underpaid for a while. If you work alone you might feel isolated at times. For your business to work you will need to get right back up and come out swinging.
