Best sites for outsourcing Graphic and Website design?

Hi Warriors!

I am looking to outsource some work and am wondering if I can pick your heads for some killer sources for outsourcing work, particularly graphic and website (Wordpress) design.

I have used Fiverr, however I have had less than acceptable results. Totally can agree that I'm only paying $5, but I would rather pay more for something of a desirable standard.

Really appreciate any resources you can provide!

Odesk is a little lower quality I find.

I think if you're looking for premium design outsourcing, you better to try this site:
Logo Design, Web Design and More. Design Done Differently | 99designs

For design job, I believe 99designs have higher quality than Odesk or Freelancer. Design experts gather there, so the quality is surely higher.

You could also look at 'Warrior for Hire' section. I've found and hired many good designers, that have experience in website designing.

I hired 2 people from there and they are EXCELLENT. Affordable pricing too. You're looking at $40 to $60 for a premium Ecover and as for banner graphics around $20.

And I've heard about Logo Design, Web Design and More. Design Done Differently | 99designs Expensive but I see many recommending them.

The WF is the way to go - Outsourcing to Elance etc you always have the communication issue and then the hands on with every detail issue, lots of Graphic designers in here inc me..haha

Know they been said but they work for me, find world class proven talent on them, and like you say it is worth paying that bit extra especially if you getting the work done for clients as you want to set a certain standard!

I hired a web designer who happens to also be good at graphic design from staff.com 3 months ago and he was great! I pay him at $4.5 per hour with same quality work as that of a local. It gave me more confidence at hiring an offshore than a local whom you can get at $20 per hour.

There's got to be a way to vet graphics guys off Fiverr. There are some okay writers there but there should be a way to vet graphics guys too.

Elance.com has pretty much every type of online work provider you could imagine. The minimum job cost is $50 I believe so it's not ideal for small cheap projects.
