Can anyone explain to me the exact process of setting up a solo ad.
I know what they are but i am unsure of how to set one up, can it be created on Word, as a new email, or can you do it through Aweber etc.?

Confused
Please help.?

The person I did my solo ad thru wrote the email for me and just used the link I gave her...some will do it for you some won't...as far as the ones that won't I'm not sure because I just got my first solo ad myself

If you're the seller of the solo ad...

Post a price per opens - maybe you want to do 100, 200, and 400, for example. Post where your list was generated (your site, buyers of your products, etc). Post how many subscribers you have... and of course any other random tid-bits you want to.

    If you're the buyer...

Head over to the Warriors For Hire section to start. Find a seller (one with a good reputation). Figure out your budget and how many opens you want. Make sure the list is compatible with what you're offering (don't offer a health product to people looking to buy money - that sort of thing).

Before you purchase any Solo ads make sure you have an offer or funnel in place. By that I mean you have a web page with free product to give to people who enter their email address in a form. This is called a squeeze page.

Check out this page good example.

    Best of luck

It's handy to create in word if you want to wrap the lines, but once you've done that it's best to then paste the text into notepad and save the file as plain text.

Then you paste from notepad into the email. The formatting can get all screwed up if you don't do that.

For buying solo ads you need to check out safe-swaps.com

I use Solo Ads all the time, it's an excellent way to build your list fast. Start slowly, with 50 or 100 clicks to see if the marketer's list is a good fit for your offer. You can change and tweak things as you go, and you should be tracking which offers are working best for you so you can weed out those that don't perform well.
Make sure you have a high quality free report or guide to give away. That way people will associate your name with quality stuff.
      I hope this helps!

I think you mean how to create a swipe email for the solo ad

all of the solo ads I use 99% of the time I never even have to create a swipe because the solo ad seller knows the type of emails and copy that his list responds to the best so they usually look at my squeeze page and compile there email info around what I am giving away

i do however have a swipe on my desktop just in case but rarely have to send it

The easiest way is to go to safe-swaps. You can purchase a solo ad there &
then type in your solo ad copy that you want the sender to blast out to his list.
You should go check it out. I think it's perfect for beginners without much risk
    of being scammed.

    1. You need to find a good solo ad provider in your niche.
    2. You need to make sure you have your squeeze page all set up.
    3. You need to provide your solo ad provider with the information he/she needs:

Generally, you can just give your solo ad provider the link you want promoted + the date you want the solo ad to drop (aka go out) and they'll handle it from there.

If your solo ad provider needs the ad copy then yea you will need to provide them with the ad copy.

You'll need to provide them with the subject line you want to use and also the body text you want them to use.

Ex. of what you may give to your solo ad provider

Subject: Get Your Free Copy Of "How To Blah blah blah"

    Body:

Who else wants me to blah blah blah?

    Go here: [insert your link]

    Hope this helps!
