Anyone Having Success with Yahoo's Contributor Network?

For those who don't know, Yahoo has a network at https://contributor.yahoo.com where users can submit content for free. If approved, it gets published on Yahoo's network. I've written for Yahoo Shine to some success but really want to get going with their main one.

Anyone else doing this?

I have had fantastic success with yahoo. They rank far better in the search engines and they pay you to submit your articles there.

After I found out about tis site, I totally dumped ezinearticles for good.

Any insight Nickolie on the best way to promote there, or is it just keyword-based?

I'd also be interested in knowing whether there is a serious traffic/SEO benefit to doing this. Getting your content onto a Yahoo property seems like guest blogging on steroids.

I have never heard of this either, but will certainly be taking a look.

Thank you for sharing the information.

Thanks for that JDIZM! Just what I was looking for. Just read this from another post on the same site...

In May 2010, Yahoo purchased Associated Content for $100 million. Not long after, it was rebranded as Yahoo Contributor Network (YCN). Now, Yahoo is one of the biggest content producers on the Web. Using YCN, anyone can publish just about anything with the push of a button — articles, videos and photos included — to Associated Content and Yahoo partner sites, and get paid for it.

      Sweet!!
