so guys and girl do you think customer service plays apart in internet marketing and if so what is the best customer service you offer your customers?

    Customer service definitely plays a big part. I think it's best to have like some sort of a contact form in your page. And also include FAQ to your customers as well.

    do you think a contact form and a FAQ page would be classed as customer service (good customer service)?
    or should we be aiming at giving great customer service to build our rep and keep our customer coming back to use and not going to some other site they find through google.

      Personally I think that a form is a form and a faq is a faq. Customer service involves actually interacting personally with customers.

    Yeah customer service is important. It's so important to me that i carry around my iPhone and answer questions to customers straight from my phone. Instant response (they like that), and i get to run my business via a cell phone.
