Need some help from the experts here.

Hello -

I'm very new to IM (my first website) and my business partner and I are in the process of figuring things out. We bought a site in a niche we think can be pretty profitable and we're working on building our list. In the past three weeks we've been working on building our subscriber list. Just today we added 82 people to the list. Here's what we've found so far:

1) There is a demand for what we offer
2) Our Landing page converts well
3) Our process forwards leads to our partner and we moved 20 of 82 in to that process just today. So that converts well
4) Our traffic method acquisition methods work well
5) Our solo ad campaign is killing it today.

What I don't know is how to turn this traffic in to money. So far in two weeks we've been able to grow our email list to over 170 people. Our partner works our leads and they typically take 30-60 days to close those leads. So right now we're looking for advice as to how to begin to monetize our site and our list.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You need to create credibility and trust with your list by engaging them with valuable content. Then you want to send them an email offering them a product related to the content/niche.

    Ideally you'll want your content to lead people to discovering problems that your product will help them overcome.

    Find some high quality Clickbank products and promote them in your email series. Or, hire someone to create products and promote them via email. Or, create them yourself.

    You at first need to give them good content so that they begin to trust you as marketers. I guess you must know what sort of stuff they are into as they have bought from this particular sales page. Join some affiliate sites such as Clickbank, JVZoo and Digiresults and then promote Good quality offers to your list that are being sold on these sites.

    You can always contact the product vendors and ask for review copies so that you can check the products out for free before you promote them.
