Do you know who created these graphics or with what program they were created?

    not exactly the same multiple discs images but i use cover action pro in photoshop

    Get on an outsource site, list a job of making Ebook covers similar to those, list those in the job, and you will find lots of designers who will do it for very little cost.

    The way I use oDesk is with fixed-price jobs, so I never pay until the worker has done 100% what I want. Although the official minimum is $5 there, you can say it's $5 for several of the same job, and pay them bit by bit, no problem.

    you can either do it yourself using some of the software listed above or you can outsource it via odesk/elance etc. my favorite is actually using fiverr. for $5 some of the guys do an excellent job, this saves me the time in trying to figure it out by myself.

    Do a search on the internet for ebook covers. Graphics designers could create something for you by combining several graphics to make you a complete set like what you should above.
