Pricing for a download.com listing

I need some advice from site sellers on how to price a download.com listing for software, to sell. (this is not a sales thread), and im not giving figures to dissuade offers.
I have a top 10 listing on download.com under XXX category with XXXX downloads per month.
The software is lame but the position and regular downloads could be of value.
How would you guys reasonably price this to sell the listing? Would this sell on flipper?
If it wont sell, any idea on how to monetize?
