First WSO & Need Help/Advice

Sup People,

I'll keep this short, sweet and to the point.

I've never done a WSO and I've been watching how things have changed over the years. All the changes have me a little lost as to where to find decent WSO Affiliates.

No offense to the WarriorPro or WarriorPLUS guys; but I don't need your services. I have all the tools I need to run my own full operation. So, I'm assuming I can't use JUST their affiliates...

So... anybody care to point me in the right direction and/or give recommendations for WSO Promoters/Affiliates?

Much obliged...
PLP,
tecHead

You might not need their services but you could certainly do with their potential affiliate base.

There are loads of affiliates who promote listings on WSO Plus (promoting peoples WSOs), so by not using this, you are leaving possible affiliates on the table.

Just curious, but why wouldn't you want to use Warrior + for acquiring affiliates? I understand you have all the tools you need but, one more tool couldn't hurt. Warrior plus has built in affiliates just looking to promote the next product to their list. Getting them to promote for you would be as easy as shooting fish in a barrel. No?

Like I've said; no offense intended towards those services. I think they're great BUT, I have my own tech that I'd rather use. Nothing against Warrior+ OR WarriorPro, at all.

So, its not a matter of not wanting to use their affiliate base. I'm looking for alternatives to utilizing their system. If it turns out that there IS no other alternative(s), then I'll have to re-evaluate my position.

Yet, I've seen other WSO's promoted that didn't use the W+ service before. Just don't know how they went about doing it; (nor did I pay enough attention at the time to remember the details of who they are/were).

Hi tecHead, try to use affiliates of Warrior Forum.
My last WSO income was generated for a whooping 70% just by affiliates who simply search WSOs in affiliate database and then promote.

Don't underestimate what WF can give you for your products!

But if you have another best method, I shut my mouth up

    See you soon,

    Techead,

Willie Crawford runs a Facebook page for affiliates for high priced items. I am not sure what price range your product is in but I will pm you the link and you can take a look.

I just hate it when people come on this forum and then right away -- after ONLY 10 years of membership -- decide they're going to run a WSO. Whatever happened to community and getting to know people first?

If you have your own tools in place and you prefer to use them, then I guess you'll have to recruit your own affiliates. Ideas for before your launch:

    1. Put it in your sig.

    2. Advertise it as you advertise anything else (on your blog, on FB, etc).

    3. Send out affiliate invitations (preferably to people you already know, because there is kind of a gray area here... most people probably don't mind getting an aff invitation, but some people view it as spam if they don't know you).

    4. Consider getting a JV broker.

Its technology which matters here. Its the affiliate base. I also think your geek ego is onto play here. You are saying to yourself "mine system is better than wsopro" why should i use them. But even if wso pro is worse than your own technical fort, you should consider wsopro because it will help you in getting more affiliates.

My take is that you would be better off studying what makes a successful WSO and emulating as much as you can - especially with regards to backend systems used for affiliates.

Thanks Guys; you've given me a lot to think about.

Granted, I hadn't looked at W+ for a while and he's added some decent features. Not exactly what I want, but Ankur you make a good point.

Think I might be using the K.I.S.S. approach and integrating my system with W+.

    Thanks again

    TecHead,
I see you are a War Room member. Do a search over there for the free WSOs on producing WSOs. I am getting ready to do my first one and found tons of material in the War Room.

The simple fact is it doesn't matter what affiliate system YOU prefer to use. All that matters is what your potential affiliates prefer to use. Right now the preferred platforms are Warrior Plus and JVZoo.

There are so many great products being released each week that you need to do your best to provide for your affiliates otherwise they will just go and promote something else.
