The site should work for such situations below, welcome 4 any suggestion and comments. Thanks!!
For buyers, shopping online is all about maximizing your savings. So if you buy more than one item, your shipping costs for the 2nd, 3rd or subsequent items must be less than the first item.
For sellers, sometimes one person may buy different stuff from different sellers, if the sellers's storage center are close by any chance, they can combine the stuff into one parcel and ship to the person.
For traveler, most of the time the travelers have not used up the maximum weight of luggage allowed by the airline company. Not going to carry 30KG? probably you can ship some stuff for the others for free or some pocket money.
For fliers delivery, someone may want to deliver some advertising fliers for his own restaurant or what ever local business to local suburb by himself. He can easily help the other local business to deliver their fliers at the same time.

I took a look at the home page. After reading your post and the site's home page, I still have no clue about what you are really offering. Zip, zilch, nada.

If that's the case, imagine what visitors with no prep are seeing. Basically, an empty directory site called "Postage".

This may be one of those long-term concepts where you will have to first educate people on exactly what you propose and then build up some trust in that concept.

Or it may be one of those ideas that should have died back in the 2000 dotcom meltdown. I have no idea, because I can't tell what you are offering.

I'm not trying to trash you here. It's a common thing. You have this idea. You think it's great. You spend a lot of time thinking about it, and you know it inside and out. You present it to people, and you don't understand the blank look you get back. You see, the people seeing your idea for the first time don't know what you know and haven't spent the time thinking about that you have.

Here's a suggestion. Test a new home page. On that page, explain exactly what your concept is, assuming that the person reading has never heard of the idea. Follow it with hypothetical examples of how the idea would work - as a consumer, seller, B2B, etc.

Finish with a real call to action. They don't need the directory listing until after they buy the concept. And kill the category counts. All those zeroes don't build a lot of confidence. You can turn them back on when they're an asset.

Hi John, thank you so much for your suggestions. I really understand what you mean. I though the users will click the "About and how it works" pages to check out how to use it. But seems not.

According to your suggestion, I will create a new home page with direction/guide for users.

BTW, one of the point of the website is for people sharing postage when online shopping. Placing bulk order always can save shipping postage.

      Thank you again!!
