How to create a succesful FREE WSO- quick and easy

Hey Warriors,

I know your busy, so I'll keep it quick.

I want to run my first free WSO. I understand the basics but I wanted to hear first hand tips from those who have had success and are willing to share any tips with me.

Thanks ahead of time,

Anoosh

P.S. - No need to waste time posting something like "nobody is going to want to share that info with you." Thanks again, fellow Warriors!

the trick to a good converting offer is the title you want to write something that a lot of people want to read how more vieuws = more optins= bigger list

in the internetmarketing niche this is either how to make money online or how to generate more traffic ( that are the 2 biggest )

the second optimize your squeeze page how better converts how more bigger the list is going to be a couple of tips for the internet marketing niche only ask there email adresse if you are going to ask there name they will think your main focus is to promote to them

another trick is double exit pop up this will increase squeeze page between 5 and 15 percent convertion rate

also ask for revieuws in your free wso more comments= more traffic
if people see a lot of comments at a post the will be interested in what the post is about

and the last tip is dont give up i launched my first free wso got 500 vieuws and the last only 2OO
so you will need a bit of good luck

    succes

It's easier that you may think. Here is a 100% working guide:
    • Create some original and really useful product. Don't try to deceive your potential customers. Give them something really awesome.

I have found that free WSOs do not pay so good.

No, seriously, it does not really make sense to offer a free WSO. Just spend some time and create a valuable product and people are happy to pay for it.

@chall vandenbergh - Great information. This is exactly what I was looking for. The specific numbers were great and gave me a good idea of what I should expect as far as views. Thanks again.

@CyberSEO - Perfect. I have done exactly that so I really appreciate it. Thank you

@hpgoodboy - I always enjoy another perspective. This is a great suggestion. My only question is then, do I need to have my product uploaded to clickbank or some alternate website to prove that it is really a Warrior "Special" Offer? Thanks

I want to launch my product and I thought about doing a free WSO at first but I think it's better to charge a couple of bucks. Nothing in life is for free and when it is there is usually a catch somewhere to it, at least in the IM world that's what most people think. Just like hpgoodboy said if it's good then people will pay for it!

    Good Luck

You're better off putting it in the War Room... you'll get more views.

Granted, there's no forced optins allowed, but get creative, and you'll be surprised how fast you can build a list.

Especially if you're offering what's in your sig...

@Flippmate - Nice. I am leaning toward this and looking into the logistics of it all. Thanks

@footbag_man - Short and sweet. I like your style! haha, I will use this as guidelines along my path to a successful WSO. Thanks!

@Mark Hess - Man, this already got me thinking. I didn't think about this option til your post. Thanks a ton for the feedback.

Things started off that way but nowadays, so long as the same offer is not available anywhere else then that makes it worthy of being a WSO.

There is no need to be in a 'one or the other' type situation.

You could offer it first for free in the War Room to gather feedback and reviews and then launch it as a WSO after you have improved the product based on the feedback. But as others have said, I wouldn't do a free WSO because you are going to attract a certain type of person. I have never bothered with any of the free WSO's I've come across on this forum. If someone doesn't believe in their product or information enough to be confident to charge for it, then I have no confidence in that product either.

I've found a free WSO works well if you offer something of value. People do appreciate it and I haven't found it only attracts freebie seekers. It's a good way to increase your exposure.

Nothing could be further from the truth. People use free WSOs to build a list. They can than market to that list for as long as they remain on the list. Of course, for this to work you have to have a comprehensive product strategy and marketing funnel planned out ahead of time. Sometimes people need to offer the WSO for free more than once (an additional $40 bump) before they begin to see dividends.

The WSO forum gets a lot more traffic than the War Room. However, your idea is valid as the War Room is a good place to offer something valuable and generate leads (you CAN offer an optional opt-in. You can also put a link or resource box in your free product / report / etc. and point people to an opt-in form as long as you've delivered the main War Room product / service already.

So it's nice to have a lead product in the War Room to continue building your list and also have your WSO going as long as both of them adhere to the rules.

Good point since one cannot post in the WSO forum without being a War Room member.

Yes, it will. Though I would test out the offer first and see how that converts before buying a banner ad.

WillR - Thank you, Will. I was hoping someone would address this question I had as it was a big one. I will keep this in mind over the next week of setting up my first WSO. Thanks again.

anders3397 - I see it this way as well. But, I haven't run one. The idea of spreading your helpful knowledge to those who seek it seems like a good thing to do.

I could image some just expect the freebies what that is everywhere, from solos I run to everyday people to my blog. Some people just don't know how much I really try to help out my list, and how many freebies they get within the first few weeks alone.

In the end, it's their loss anyway. Thanks for your input. Greatly appreciated.

Robin Blinds - I am going to sign up for the war room today. I have been so busy with my newest niche website I haven't got started with WF's war room yet. I have been working towards dissecting WF and the entire system. Thanks for the heads up.

actress6 - I really want to buy a banner. I'm pretty happy with the exposure my sig gets just from posting. I could image how great it would be with a banner to go with it.

Overall, a TON of great information for a new WSO launcher, and I really appreciate you guys taking the time of day. THANK YOU, fellow Warriors!

First of all I'm not a big fan of free WSOs - attracts the free lunch seekers that are difficult to market to...so, if you are planning a WSO, make something really good and charge for it.

To get more traffic, make sure you post in the classifieds section first and ask for reviews. First hand reviews would draw more people to your product.

Paid or free, what you have to focus on is to make sure that people sees the value. Either way you will benefit anyway. When you give out a free WSO and people checks it, you are boosting your exposure. If they buy it, then you earn from it.

I don't think you can predict it from before how good something would do... you just need to try it out and see if it's worth it to you... just offer what people want...
