please i need the best way to drive traffic

i just created a website..its actually a forum where people can come and discuss about the lottery we play in west africa and sport betting predictions,online business and all other stuff.though the site is still new i am looking for a reliable way to get quick traffic to the site,to be sincere i am not thinking about the profit side of the site for now i just want the site to be busy with posts and members,later then i can think of a way to generate revenue with it..though i have tried a couple of ways to generate traffic to it like using link from my other websites that has been making me some cash online for sometimes now and its doing good..but that other website is a personal website,this new site i created it for everyone and im even trying to find a way to put revenue sharing application or program on it so that when you joined my forum you can actually put your ads maybe from google adsense or your affliate link to a portion of your post and you can then promote your post to make sales or revenue for you.
i relied on my facebook page with 10,000 like before but the new post promotions facebook is doing is affecting me
so im still having problem getting quality traffic to the site..though the site is a week old and still working on it..but i want traffic as soon as possible
someone suggested a software called traffic brain that it can help me get ranked high on Google..i am thinking of getting it on monday but before i do i will like to get more opinion
but the truth is i need opinion and the cheapest way i can get traffic and doesn't mean i have to spend hours working on it
