Advice please on three domain names for new IM business

Decide first on the niche that you want to target and include a major keyword from that niche in the domain name.

Don't waste time and money coming up with a cute name for a commercial site unless you are simply building it for your own amusement.

For instance, if you were targeting baseball fans it would be good to have "baseball' featuring if you were supplying products or services connected with that sport. Google would then know what your site was about if you were to carry Adsense and visitors would understand that the site had relevance if you used Adwords or other paid traffic sources.

If you start with a niche and identify the availability of products and related keywords you have a starting point. If there are sufficient keywords with low competition that you could target then you have a reason to look for a domain name that is relevant to those who may buy from you.

PS: The internet marketing niche is crowded with experts in IM. Other niches are usually far more profitable unless you have a special skill that you can offer.

I agree with Vicone. You need something pertinent to what you are doing. Forget about you and think of them - they who will put keywords into SE to find you.
