Does anyone know if there are any pre-built PLR site packages out there?

There seem to be several hundred sites(most likely many more) that sell mass amounts of PLR content(thousands of products each). They are basically stores full of products.
What I am interested in purchasing is a complete site store bundle or wordpress theme that is pre-populated with all of these products, so all I have to do is, unzip the file(s), plugin my paypal account info and start driving traffic.
Does anyone know of a beast like that?
