What do you do when a supplier is not answering support ticket and they are holding up your project

What do you do when a theme supplier is not responding to your tickets? Unfortunately I can't just swap out the theme in this case. They claim two hour support and take a week with nothing but a preliminary response asking for more info when all the info was in the original ticket. To any of you who own or run large companies what would someone have to do to make you take notice and supply the support that you advertised?

  • If it's a theme from somewhere like Themeforest, then your purchase does not include support. (They often supply it for free, but it's not obligatory or the themes would cost a lot more).

If it's a theme that should include support, you may need to kick it up the chain - if they're big enough ask for a manager, or request a refund, etc.

The other option is hire a freelance developer or designer to help you out.

If you want to post specifics here or in the programming forum I'll try help you out for free.
