I just received an email saying that an article had been completed for me, even though I have never requested any articles be written. I logged into my account and all the money that I'd made by writing articles for others has been paid out to another user.

Of course, I contacted customer support right away... I'm so confused as to what is going on. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Does it seem like a glitch or foul play?

    ...I hope I get that money back!!!!
I didn't have the same issue but the software seems glitchy at times but this is true for every system. I do enjoy their services.

Seems like a glitch. If your account was hacked, they would have changed the passwords and payment informations.

no, that is what they do,my account was blocked after earning some money so they refused to pay and the excuse they gave is that i was using the account away from the country that i registered it. i opened another one and they refused to pay the second time reason being they have decided to block some countries out of iwriter and so they have refused to pay for all previous jobs. this site has really pissed me off.

Well, this is an on-going and hot issue for all those whose IP addresses have been blocked. One of the things that you can do now is to start building your portfolio on other outsourcing or crowdsourcing sites.
