I saw on the forum one time a thread about too much negativism on the forum. They were saying that it was not the fun place it once was. Well, I was not here then. I am here now though and as I looked over the titles of some of the threads, I have to say that this member was right. The trouble though with his thread is that all he did was rant. He offered nothing in the way of a fix for the problem.
I had the radio on just a few minutes ago and a song came on that I have not heard in a nice little while. It was a Micheal Jackson song and while some of you out there may not like him, or his brand of music, when you sit down and think about what he was saying in this song you will have to admit that he was right.
The song talked about needing to make a change. He said he was going to start with the man in the mirror. He was going to have him make a change. "If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make a change."
My complaining on here a few days ago about Paypal did not make a difference and all it did was to add negativity to the forum. So, Here is my solution to the problem.
To the entire forum, I am sorry for the negative rant I made as it served no purpose but to bring others down.
As far as you newbies go, everything is here to get you started. All you need to is to take the plunge. An unknown wise man once said that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Don't worry about the end result until you have started moving because otherwise you will be so focused on the destination you will never leave the driveway.
To those that are wondering if you really should do this or if you are good enough to do this, consider this. If you have been going to a 9 to 5 for the last eight years, are you better off today than you were eight years ago? If you answer no then what makes you think that by continuing in that 9 to 5 that you will be any better eight years from now? My friends, I was once told that the definition of insanity was doing the same things over and over while expecting a different result. What you are doing is insanity if you think that 9 to 5 is going to have you better off in eight years.
It is time that we all start looking at the man in the mirror and start making the change. If you don't want people using false advertising to sell their courses then tell them and at the same time don't buy from them. If you know for certain that someone is selling inferior ebooks and courses then put them on front street and let them know that it is not appreciated since that will hurt all of us in the long run. Sure it is a fast buck for him but evil only thrives when good people do nothing.
It is time that we good people start doing something. At least that is my 2 cents worth. I hope this gets some of you out here to start thinking and if any of you hate me now for this then I know I struck a real nerve with you.
