What do you mean by web 2.0 services?

It sounds like you might be referring to people building links on web2.0 platforms. If that's the case a) you posted in the wrong forum section b) be very careful where you buy links and most services that focus on those type of links are spammy and can get you penalised.

It's not worth the risk - just focus on your business and do it yourself gradually in a well-targeted way and you can get all the results you need.

Thanks for the info.I know what you mean still I think I don't have the time to do these properties myself. There is indeed a great risk. Will have to come up with something in the middle.

Your best bet is to ask the service provider up front. If they do it manually though, usually they will state it and charge a premium.

You can always hire someone off Odesk and require it to be done manually, you can usually tell based on the quality of content and setup.

There is really no way to know this, the only thing is not all web 2.0 software can be successfully post to like Hubpages and Squidoo.

Just like how AMR barely post to EZA, the sites have different format and often upgrade their design.

But basically there is no difference except your content might not be on a few essential web 2.0 that you may desire.

Common Andy this is not really the case and you know it. The spam and penalty should be spelt out so that it can be understood.

Submitting content to web 2.0s and adding your link is not a SPAM, building more links to your web 2.0 too isn't spam too. I disagree with you on this except if you are referring to other unacceptable means.
