Just got started on my new blog what do you think guys, i'd appreciate your feedback.

Hi Darren, I lOve the theme you are using. Perhaps if you want to make
Money from your blOg, you can add some ads at the side bar or of you want to build list you can start offer some freebies inside your blog to get opt in.

Btw, it is good to have a "about me " page inside your blog to give your readers a clear view of yourself. About me page is very important indeed. Not to forget a contact me page as well

hey cool blog, keep the content coming.

one thing though, you use alex jeffery's easy cash webinar as a squeeze page, I do not recommend that as most marketer know that one, and the same free gift with the same squeeze page appears in all the other squeeze pages used by marketers that use alex jeffery's PPP.

Instead use a squeeze page with a free gift you can get at master-resale-rights.com

and get the squeeze page from james francis's POINT AND CLICK SQUEEZE PAGES or something like that...

that will bring you better results regarding the squeeze page itself.

  Well done for getting your blog up and running.
  
  A few pointers for you.
  
  I've just tried to leave a comment. When I click submit I get taken to a page telling me I haven't entered a password. There was no element on your site to enter a password.
  
  Alter the widths of your sidebars and make them equal as you have some text disappearing off your page under the Links section.
  
  Try and get some affiliate links in.
  
  Like Hazyl mentions, get an About Me page. That way people can start getting to know you when they visit your site.

I like it. Most people who I know enjoy reading and following a likable person's blog. Perhaps you can try adding some affilaite links to monetize it

1: Need an about page
2. need more content
3. NO ADS in sidebar...they wont work.
4. need a "stay updated" or "subscribe" page (squeeze page)detailing why readers should opt into your list.
5. Place an opt in box in the sidebar...again, NO ADS.
6. NO AFFILIATE LINKS. You're brand new and no one's gonna buy from you until your blog looks older. As you have more content then you can start talking about affiliate products with reviews and such.
7. change sub heading to "making money WITH you, not FROM you."

you got lots of work to do before you monetize. get your funnel in place to build your list, know what you're trying to do, and make the blog look legit. the above pointers will help you do that. oh, and remember to syndicate your content.

  Hey, well done on making a start! I've been 'talking' about getting a blog up for a while, so you've got one up on me there.
  
  Through all my research on creating a blog, the one thing that stuck with me was the need to identify your target audience.
  
  You can even take that one step further and draw up a profile of an actual person you want your blog to appeal to, then write as though you are writing to that person. Got that little nugget from 'How to Build a Blog' by Danny Iny.

Kinda blah, actually. You need to PUSH YOUR PERSONAL BRAND MORE. There are millions of blogs on the net that look just like that. You need to QUICKLY establish why people should be on your site and why they should tell people about your blog. Sadly, I don't see that. It is passive. It looks like a chore to read.

The theme is just part of the equation. It must be ALL ABOUT YOUR CONTENT. Start there.

You can use adsense to making money. For getting traffic you can go for FB, Twitter, Pinterest.
