It depends. Is it important that all the authors be known, say for branding purposes? Or the company brand?

I think having one author or the company would be best for sales.

If its that important to all the authors. Have one link that shows everyone's profile.

You can name as main author the company, and inside the book you can name the co-authors.

As Juan suggested, you should name a lead author (I would make this a person) and then you can have as many co-authors as needed. This is done extensively in the computers niche with offline publishers and other niches as well. You could also create a pen name and use it, just depends on what you wish to brand.
    good luck,

You should definitely try it out. It seems to me as a good selling proposition.
