Resource for Google Content Network?

I need a resource, ebook, videos aimed at Google Content Network. I need to run a banner ad campaign and thier quality scoring is driving me f'in nuts. Any good suggestion?As to where I may find some up to date information on google and other ppc type networks that would allow me to target a specific area or city in the US? Thanks in advance

    why do not you try a google alert google trends for research or advertising campaign that you want to be targeted with the traffic you want.

    @The Star I dont understand what you are saying. Can you clarify? @Juan2machado I will search, however it's not the entire process I am lost. It is what google expects as a landing page that has me stumped. Any more suggestions?
