What's wrong with Facebook Ads?

Anyone is experiencing FB ad trouble? I tried to put some ads on FB this AM, but when I clicked on "Create an Ad", it took me to a page where it said: New: We've updated how you create ads and sponsored stories. Learn more.

I clicked on Learn more to get to the next page and regardless of how I answered it (yes or no), it doesn't let me create an ad. Even when I clicked on "ad create flow" or clicked on "Create an Ad" again, it went through the cycle again where it spit out New: We've updated how you create ads and sponsored stories. Learn more.

By the way I advertised with them before.

Thanks

It could be a FB issue, but have you tried clearing your browser cache or even use a different browser altogether?

Thank you Ron. Weird. Not sure why IE is acting up. It works in FF.

I always had trouble with Facebook ads, it annoyed me so much I ended up cancelling all my advertising with them. I mean why should I send my hard earned money with them if they can't even create a product that works?

That's unfortunate...I've run lots of ads with FB and it can be a very good way to market.

I was making money with them, but their prices are way to unstable. Fluctuates way to much per day. Just to risky. Over all I don't like Facebook altogether personally.

Change your bid price so its not as risky, if you are not willing or able to pay the price per click they allow you to set, set it lower.
They suggest a price, they do not force it.

That is true, but they do have far too many rules. As someone that advertises a nutritious, weight loss product, it frustrates me that I can not use an Image of a stomach. But I do like how unlike google, landing and squeeze pages are fine with facebook.
I just have trouble with the picture and my copy. They always have a problem with one or the other,

In these days FB ads are very worthless. It only mesh up you. It looses your money but not any profitable ROI.

Yeah, you do need to play by their rules, and I've some ads not get approved for some really stupid reasons, but no other ad platform can target users the way Facebook can! I think it's especially powerful for local businesses as you can target down to zip code!

Nice and targeted, sure, but I haven't seen any good conversions either...and their prices really do fluctuate too much during the day; good point OPHelp. I'd suggest for local businesses only.
