Find out why it won't load?

So for the life of me, I cannot find out why my site loads sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't and sometimes without CSS. I've tried deactivating all plugins, deleting cache, and even in different browsers, I'm getting the same issues.

Is there a tool or something to tell me what the issue might be. Or what's making my site load all quirky?

    I've had issues in the past with certain Wordpress plugins where I'm adding shortcodes or HTML associated with the plugin that cause CSS errors on the page. Has it given you problems from day one or was it after you added a new plugin?

    Well I was using a theme, and everything was fine, when I installed the new theme, it went bad. But, gawd the theme is beautiful. It's a high quality theme, so it's not like the theme is a broken piece. It's just something that I've done, or have activated.

    When you activate a different theme does the site work? Could even be that the theme is fine, you just got a corrupt version uploaded. I've had that stuff happen before and I just have to download it again and it works.

      I have also some this kind of experience. You have not mentioned what is your site and what platform(WP, JOOMLA, DRUPAL, MAJENTO or anything). It may happen due to the feature of template problem.

      I think it is mostly due to your server you are using to host. If it is server related problem then ask their stuffs.

      I have also felt sometimes when I activate a theme it starts problem but when I use the default theme of WP then the problem vanish.

    My hosting says there is no issue on their end. I'm using host gator. and my platform is Wordpress.

    Are you working on the site while this is happening? Do you have someone that can test the site when you are seeing it as broken?

    If not try clearing your browsers cache. This can happen when you make a change to the site and your browser cached the old version.

    If using google chrome or firefox, go into private browsing mode and test the site from there.

    Ask someone to test the site when it is showing as broken for you only. otherwise they may also have to clear their cache.

    See if that helps. the fact that non changing code is breaking only sometimes makes me think its something native to your computer rather than a wordpress issue.
