Those of you who flip micro niche adsense sites for a living...

I'm new to this so I'm not totally sure how things work.

From what I understand is that once your micro niche adsense site is up and running and is making you say $25-50 a month. You can then re-sell it on flippa for 10-20 times what it's making per month.

How does long is take to get to $25-50 a month once you're using a quality outsourced backlinker / SEO guy?

If you're doing good backlinking and SEO (I will be outsourcing this) and the keywords are 1-2% and all is well with you an adsense, who's to say you can't resell 10-20 or even 50 sites a month for a good profit?

Does this sound accurate or what am I missing?

Any advice? Thanks.

100th post btw :-)

Also is it better to start with say 10-20 articles or start with 3-5 then continually add? Does google care?

      Hello marketforus1,

We're not sure if you need to post all those 10 to 20 articles per month. Our clients who do micro niche sites just order 3 to 5 articles from us for a new micro niche site. We believe that works for their clients. You may want to consult those micro niche site designers/developers on the Warriors For Hire section of this forum. We would personally recommend Avdo. They don't charge for consultation.

This is exactly the business model of AdsenseFlippers

Their sites make an average of around 5-10$ per month and they sell them at 20-25x that. They'll create upwards of 200 sites per month.

So yeah, it's definitely possible. Having access to cheap labour helps though.

You can't expect them all to go for 10x-20x the monthly profit. If the site is young you will probably only get 5x-10x the monthly profit unless you have an established base of buyers. If you are outsourcing the SEO you will find the profit margin to be quite low.

This is very true, and not to mention that not all sites will make money!

The plan was to spend about $100-120 total per the site including some SEO, and some SEO which I can do myself.... Then flip them after they're at $15-30 a month.
