How do you make create and make money with a WSO?

Hi. I see many warriors in here making a killing with WSO's getting paid directly to their paypal account.

If I wanted to outsource the whole thing to someone, is that possible?
Meaning I will paid someone to create me an awesome wso, find me a great product or create me a great product, hire a copywriter, and they handle and answer all of my customers questions. Is this possible and how much for the entire set up? Or is this something I have to learn how to do myself and learn copywriting, and create my own pdf book and videos?

I wish I could make some money with WSO's but I am scared to ask the WSO sellers themselves. I feel embarrassed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you :O)

If you have the vision as to what kind of product you want, you can definitely hire people to execute it for you....ghostwriters for Ebooks, programmers for softwares etc. You can also hire customer support people and copywriters to do your sales page.
That said. just be prepared to dish out a lot of molaah.
As to how much all of this will cost? I have no clue.

There are a couple of good courses here on how to create WSO.

Unless you created and launched a successful WSO you should never hire others to do it. Good professionals will charge an arm and a leg and still not guarantee the success. If you choose this path and hire others and the project fails you will not know which one of them dropped the ball.

I suggest start small and launch your own a couple of time.

I agree. You can prowl around the War Room and get a ton of great, free info on how to launch a WSO. Create your own product, such as an ebook or short video tutorial and launch away! It's not that hard.

Here's the secret, though: see if you can find some other trusted warriors in your niche, offer them a review copy, then when you launch, offer affiliates a large commission (100% if you can). Also, hopefully, those that review your product will be willing to leave a review on the WSO thread. You can potentially get some really great feedback on your product from some trusted, seasoned marketers as well.

      Having affiliates promote is key!

All of this can help build your list, as well as facilitate forming great business relationships.

Of course you could outsource it all, except for answering customers questions in the WSO thread, as you wouldn't want someone else logging into your WF account.

How much will it cost? To get the job done well enough that it would sell, it could be thousands depending on the product that you are going to have made for you, who you hire as a copywriter, etc.

Get the product part done real cheap and you may just end up with crap that doesn't sell.

Why would someone want to create you a great product when they could just sell it themselves and keep all of the earnings?

It will probably cost you far more to implement than you would make from the WSO.

There are a lot of people who create products for others and have no interest in selling and marketing products themselves. They prefer creating. But it doesn't come cheap. Programmers in particular prefer to program for people rather than sell programs. The freelance boards are full of them. There are quite a few ghostwriters in Warriors for Hire who will write ebooks for a fee as well.

I agree, but they usually require some input as to what they are creating. The Op seems to want the whole shebang, with no active part at all.

Yeah ... he can't do that. You really need to know what you want, the specs of what you want, where to hire the right person, and everything about the product so that you can take care of your customer's questions yourself.

Like you said, by the time he's done hiring, he'd be lucky to actually pull a profit unless he got lucky and had a really hot product created. Doesn't sound like that would happen because he's far too passive in the process.

          Raywarrior,

If you're interested in making money with WSOs, you should definitely do a few on your own to get an idea of what works, how it all works and at least have a sense of what you're dealing with.

By the way - the bulk of WSOs do NOT make a lot of money. (ask me how I know! LOL!)

To take such a hands-off approach to this will likely:

          A. Cost you more money than you make and
          B. Not contribute to your learning curve (believe it or not, probably more important than making the money at this stage)

There is no substitute for putting your own efforts into a business - especially IM, because every step (whether successful or not) is a learning experience and you can't buy that experience.

Now, do some people hire out the creation of their WSOs successfully? Yes, I know of a handful who do, but these are people who have devoted their business focus to the launching of WSOs and, in my opinion, often offer more "hype WSOs" than "actionable, real-world results WSOs.

In other words, they have gotten good at making their living selling WSOs that sound great, but typically do not work as well as they sound.

Do you actually have a method to make money / help peoples lives?

You can't just go up to someone on Odesk and say "Think of a way to make money online and create it for me" - If you do, 95% chance it will be the same as all the other crap on the WSO section.

There are some AMAZING WSOs; don't get me wrong; it's just the majority are from people wanting to make a quick buck.

Not correct. You see a LOT of Warriors trying to make a killing with WSO's but it's only the very very small minority that do actually make the good money. Majority of WSO's make very few sales and very little money.

It's definitely not some get rich quick scheme. Yes, there is some good money to be made there but it's no easier than making good money elsewhere. It still takes hard work and solid products.

I've noticed you posting a LOT of these Youtube videos in response to threads lately. Whilst it is good, just bear in mind that a lot of Youtube videos come and go quite frequently. So all you end up with in the future is a whole bunch of worthless posts with very little value in them. Doesn't do much for your signature further down the track. However if you respond to the thread in text with your own personal thoughts and views, that stuff is there forever.

The WSO marketplace can seem like the App store in many ways, you think all the apps are making money, when in fact only a small percentage is really making a sustainable income. But in both cases, there is a built-in source of traffic, so you do not need to worry about getting the traffic, though you definitely need to know what people want so you can market directly to them.

The Warriors you'll find in the WSO section are by-and-large the bottom of the barrel when it comes to IM. Spurious claims, rhetorical chicanery, followed by more legerdemain.

Before you admonish me in your reply, you should check your inbox, there is probably another refund request.

A WSO is not a shortcut to riches - it is just one channel on the internet to sell digital products and like all the others your success (or otherwise) will depend on a number of factors including:

    - The quality of your product
    - Your standing in the WF and IM industry generally
    - Your credibility and track record
    - The proof you can demonstrate
    - Testimonials and case studies from happy customers
    - How well you deliver on the product and customer service
    - The number and quality of affiliates and partners promoting the product
    - How much commission you give to people promoting it
    - How well your One Time offer converts
    - What you are selling on the "backend" after people come into your program
    - What you do with people once you get them on your list
    - Where your product fits into your over all marketing strategy
    - etc. ;-)

Thanks so much for all of your responses. I will do more research on this topic and see how to create my own product even though the only thing I really know about is basketball. No one is going to buy a pdf book about basketball, lol.

Anyways thanks for your advice guys.

Here are the components of a successful offer.

Know your target market - the majority of buyers on this forum are male aged 18 - 35. They want things fast and easy. They don't particularly like to read. Autopilot is very appealing. They buy primarily MMO info products promising quick, easy money.

The product should be of high quality and priced reasonably.

Ideally, the person offering the product is a contributing member of the WF community.

The seller should have legitimate reviews for the product. And once the product starts selling, unsolicited reviews from happy buyers create a snowball effect of buying.

The seller should be able to convince influential affiliates that the product is something they want to promote. (unfortunately, this is probably the most important of all these items)

The offer should have compelling sales copy.

The offer ABSOLUTELY MUST have a grabber of a thread title.

Get this stuff right and it's hard to go wrong.
