Is This Database Worth A Lot of MONEY?

I have a d/b of over 5k niche publishers.

The d/b is segmented and categorized into the main English speaking countries (UK, USA, AU & NZ) then by niches i.e. pets, dogs, cats, finance, money, homes etc.

They are then listed as offline or online and come with information regarding whether the publication is payed or free, who the demographic is, how much advertising with the publisher costs and how much and who the correct contacts are.

I built this for myself slowly over the last seven years and when I showed this to a good friend of mine who is wanting to promote a new service and owns a handful of websites he was astonished to say the least.

After marveling at how easy it was to find what he wanted in a few clicks he asked if he could use it. Being a good mate I actually gave it to him to borrow and then it dawned on me that I may have just created something of value and didn't even know it.

Is this valuable?

Can I sell it?

If so where?

Im more the writing and content type and never considered myself the product creation specialist so hence the reason im asking.

    You'd be marketing it to a tight niche but I can see that selling well as a high-end WSO.

    Maybe try and automated it via creating a simple tool that you can get created in Odesk or just sell as it is as a WSO?

      Well I was thinking that anyone that sells a product and or markets a product(affiliates) may be interested seeing as all they have to do is take their product use the d/b to find the right crowd of people and then plug the product or service to them via the perfect channel. Its a massive time saver too.

      I started building it when I was doing a little affiliate marketing and I dont know how many hours it saved me when I was search for DIY magazines to plug my solar affiliate offers or dog lover websites and groups to sell my dog food product too.

      Hmmm... it's got me thinking though.

      That's actually a really good idea. I might give a few away in the War Room, that way I wont have to fork out any of my money on a WSO.
