So, I've sold off a few sites, let some expire and am now concentrating my efforts on a few select projects.
Why am I telling you this?
Well, if you suffer from "grasshopper brain" too, you might see some sense in what I'm doing and apply it to your own business.
Basic time management is now following on, and I set myself mini tasks each day. One day I will set a goal to refresh the look of a site. Another will be to tweak the keywords and optimisation of a page or site. By doing this, I've been able to get through so much more.
Before, I used to think of everything I had to do, and try and get it all done. We all know that's an impossible task as IM is a never ending role. Working this way just left me frustrated at what I hadn't achieved.
So, the lesson for the day is - cut down your tasks into manageable tasks and cross them off your list one by one. Let me know how this affects your workload.
