Do you need a FTC affiliate payment disclosure
notice in your stand-alone youtube videos
- As you do on, say, a blog site/page?

If so, where? in video or in notes?

Is a crackdown likely - either by the FTC
or the Youtube/Google machine?

    I have seen FTC disclaimers on sponsored videos.
    It's usually located at the bottom of the description box.

    I have seen it to, but I still hate them, I remember first time a saw an ad on TV and they had that long disclaimer that no one reads, it's just pathetic in my opinion, common sense is what people should have not fine print, but I'm probably a very small minority that believes that.
