Hi all, I am in the market for an article spinner, I have looked at three main ones, spinner chief, the best spinner, unique article wizzard and the best spinner.
I would like to know what people are using and why if possible.
I see that the most reasonable out of the three seems to be spinner chief as you can scrape articles as well submit it to the article directories.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated, thanks

    My advice, although you may not like it, is to use NON of them, nor any article spinner, as you're not adding any true value to anyone who will read the article or indeed for your own business.
    I used to use The Best Spinner which was regarded as the best around, but what that actually means is taking some else's unique content which is ethically wrong in my opinion, and then spinning it into either unreadable junk or making it barely unique, both of which are not satisfactory in my opinion.
    I would recommend you either to write your own articles by hand or outsource it if that's not your strength or if you want to spend time focussing on other areas of your business.

      I agree in part, taking someone else's content and trying to spin that is nonsense, and badly done spinning is worthless crap.

      I don't think all spinning is bad though, if it's done well and done for your own original content you can produce a lot of high quality variations of that which are just as useful as the original when it comes to readers.

      Just my 2 cents...

    No problem. I can suggest six little items for you to read, then, which collectively offer a lot of insight and advice.

    (i) This post explains the benefits of spinning;

    (ii) The first half (or so) of this thread contains a good discussion of what you can gain from spinning articles;

    (iii) The advice on this subject given by so many people throughout most of this thread has been really helpful to many people here;

    (iv) On the meaning and significance of "duplicate content", in this context, this little post from expert article marketer Anne Pottinger includes direct quotations from Google's WebMaster Central Blog on the subject (not easy to find a more authoritative source than that!);

    (v) This little article is also a very useful and accurate explanation of the subject.

    (vi) This post, and its links, explain how article directories really work and why they exist.

    The other way of describing that, of course, is "theft". Taking other people's articles and spinning them is both dishonest and illegal - and a breach of the author's copyright, because it produces only a "derivative work".

    People who know what they're doing, understand article marketing at all, and/or are making a living from it, aren't using any of them. It really is as simple as that.

    I have looked at all the well-known article spinners, and for my money you can have them.

    None of them produce a good article, most don't even produce a readable article. ALL require serious editing to make their results usable, and once you have to do that, you could pretty much write it yourself anyway.
    I've never understood the appeal of these things, especially now, since Google is paying more attention to spammy content.

    Try this
    eSpinnerPro Spintax Generator & Article Spinner

    Allows a cross between automation and hand spinning, You'll get readable results all the time because it requires a human to make the final decision on synonyms.

    Just highlight a word, select appropriate synonyms, click add, do the next word and so on.

    Supports Unlimited levels deep though anything above 3 levels does slow it down a bit.

    Hope that helps.

  • My opinion is don't use an article spinner, use your own skills and write what you know or can learn, that way you have the best of both worlds, fresh unique content people can understand.

    Honestly, I think Article spinning is on its death throes. Any "short cut" methods are quickly getting penalized by Google and it is just a matter of time until backlink networks using spun content will go straight to the bottom of the index.

    What will NEVER DIE are quality websites. Build quality sites. Cater to the needs of your site visitors. Engage them. Let THEM promote you by giving them a reason to tell their friends. That is the bottomline. All this scraping, spinning, and other practices are just temporary boosts. They worked in the past but they won't continue to work in the future. In the future, it's all about BRANDING. Why wait? Start now.

    As many have advised above, spinning is not very effective in any application these days.

    However, to answer your question, I have used all of these spinners back when they first came out and I would not recommend any of them, I would recommend using Article Marketing Robot.

    You will want a spinner which is NOT automatic, automatic spinners are generally rubbish and produce low quality content. AMR allows you to insert your synonyms yourself and also save your favourite sets of synonyms, making prolonged use of this software progressively faster.

    All this said, Google seems to getting smarter and smarter with its algorithm and can recognize and devalue spun content links a lot more than it used to. It is often more practical to just have multiple articles written for you.

    Hi,

    My 3 cents:
    1. Social Media.
      Currently Google use Social signals and bounce rates to detect what's interesting and what is not.
    2. Content.
      Obviously it's always better to write unique and informative content but in the end, spun or not, the article must retain user's attention. What I do is to read several articles about a subject, take notes and prepare a draft copy. Finally, I write my own article. After that it's only a question of time that someone copy my article and Google rewards his action by ranking the copy above the original.
      A good article takes time but, as far as I know, automation is not a solution. I also have several spinners but, sincerely, I have never used them.
    3. SEO rule of thumb
      Regarding SEO in general what I would recommend is to create as much variety as possible as THE rule of thumb. This includes anchor text variations (links).

    Some references:
    1. Social Signals
      Correlation between tweets about a URL, and its Google ranking
      A case study about how tweets do affect rankings (Article and PDF study).
      By Glenn Gabe (Search Engine Journal)
    2. Content Spinning
      Does Google's Panda speak English?
      By Jonathan Leger (The Best Spinner developer)
    3. Anchor Text Spinning
      URL Spinner and Backlink Manager Software (URL Gel).
      Useful to reduce the time involved in generating anchor text variations, manage the links and insert them into the articles.
      They are currently offering a 25%discount to their subscribers (I have been subscribed for months and just received news about updates).

    HTH,
    Diego
