Clickbank Analytics vs. Clickbank Marketplace

Hello all

I have used Clickbank Analytics in the past but was wondering if any Warriors used any other sites to help in choosing Clickbank products???

Thanks
Scott

I don't know. I think I would just concentrate on how long the product has been sold and how many sale conversions there have been. However, it sounds to me like you have already done that.

    Hi Scott,

I've tried many, but the longer and more successfully I do this, the more I look only at ClickBank's marketplace statistics and refuse to be influenced by other sites.

There are all sorts of sites which claim (and that's the operative word) to be able to "derive" from their "secret, proprietary algorithms" all sort of additional "information" about ClickBank products, including refund-rates, conversion-rates and sales volumes.

None of this information is published (nor derivable from published statistics) by ClickBank, and it's entirely fictional.

The underlying bases for most of it are inaccurate and incorrect beliefs about what ClickBank's "gravity figures" signify.

The reality is that there is no correlation between gravity and numbers of sales, nor any correlation between gravity and conversion-rates.

There are products with 3-figure gravities which are not even being promoted by many affiliates, let alone sold in any appreciable numbers. There are also plenty of products with single-figure gravities quietly and steadily selling thousands of copies.

    Beware of such "analytics".

Unless you're the vendor or have access to his account, there's no way of knowing (or even estimating, though many try to and/or pretend to) how many sales there have been.

  • Hi Scott, by my side I always used CbTrends.com, and some other times I checked product just on Clickbank for promotional purposes. My first objective is to promote something with a cool selling pages, with exceptional graphics and a converting text.

If that page is able to passionate you about what you are reading, that is the right product.

    See you soon,
