I want a recommendation for a developers theme that is easy for novices to use that I can provide to team members, any suggestions?

    If you just need Wordpress Theme to showcase your business, you could use Agung Prabowo's Infinity Themes. The price of the theme is $12 and it has been included with the Developer License. I think it fit your current needs.
