How would you handle Plagarism?

INTERNET MARKETING

I guess this can be pretty common on the internet, to find that someone used your entire or part of your article without acknowledging its source or at least placing a link back to yours.

What would you do if you were faced with this?

First step contact them directly, then if not resolved contact with hosting company, if not resolved, contact dmca for a takedown..

dmca typically handles these issues. I would contact them first though. If that's happening to you, sorry man, that sucks.

How valuable is the content that they stole?
Was the content that was stolen bringing a lot of traffic to your site?

Contact them personally and scare them with all of the things that you will do to them and their website if they dont take your content down. This will scare 95% of them.
