Hi

I am thinking of starting a Blogger blog and see if I can make money through blogging to supplement my income alongside with the IM services i provide.

I was wondering if there are people here making money from adsense using a free blogging platform?

Can it be done?

Making money from adsense seems to be all over the place. It is closely tied to the number of hits your site gets.

I have just started a Poker blog and have posted one article. My keyword density is 1% and has 5000 exact searches.I have outsourced two more articles for the keyword.

Seriously though, it's moreso a question of traffic. Where there is traffic there is usually a monitization opportunity.

Exactly right - if you can drive targeted traffic you can make money. I suggest when you do make some money though invest in a domain and hosting to make your site more trustworthy and appealing.

Nothing wrong with starting at blogger however.

Actually blogger rank pretty easily these days.
I recommend adding some CPA affiliate link, instead of just adsense.
