How do i extract all of the emails in my gmail account?

  • Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded) and then use any email program.
  • Are you looking to import your Gmail emails to your Microsoft Outlook account?

      If you use like MS outlook, i believe you can export to a excel document
