Fiverr - how do I get paid?

If I'm a seller, how do I get paid?
Once the order completed, will Fiverr send the payment into my Paypal account automatically? How long will it take? Any requirements should I take note either Fiverr or Paypal side?

    Hey there!

fiverr will hold your money and after two weeks(i think its two weeks nowadays) they will transfer the funds into your paypal account.

    hope this helps?

You can also use the money you have in your Fiverr account as credit to pay for other gigs on there. I find that a particularly useful option!

    thank you for your information.

    My second question:
Is it legal to have a gig for taking tips? If yes, how would it be done? Are we required to send any file as order delivered?

    I'm also wondering:
I signed up to be a seller on Fiverr and put my first gig up...but at no stage did it ask me for my paypal details...I can't find it anywhere in the settings either?
Is it because I have already set it up as I'm a buyer already?

Yes, Fiverr is 2 weeks....other places are only 1 week, you may want to list your gig on other sites if you want to list it for more money and get your money quicker

I've never received my money automatically after the 14 days. Rather I always had to go in to my seller dashboard and request to receive my funds for sales. I usually wait for a few to build up and then have it transferred to my PayPal account to keep the fee's down compared to if I just withdrew every $4 sale.

Fiverr basically works like a third part payment processor. When your finish your desire work you have to submit it ti fiver and than the person would pay to fiverr and almost after two weeks fiverr pays you via PayPal only.

    Hello!

It's easy to get paid from Fiverr. Once you delivered the report to your buyer and approved, Fiverr will hold the money for 14 days before it was finally cleared. After that, you can withdraw it to your Paypal account.

    Cheers and good luck!

14 days but not automatically, you press withdraw button to send your money from fiverr to your Paypal. But you must focus how to get traffic to your gigs not just create your gigs and do nothing.

You can check this following link to get classifications from -
      Fiverr Customer Support

This is official customer support and if you ever get into any trouble or issues with revenues, customers or even to fix something or to add something on your gig you can always request it to the fiverr, customer service.

You can see as a level two seller on fiverr, I have the option to offer extra gigs as well as ad on services and you may be able to do the same.

      Kind regards,
      Swrajit

Yes many people are making steady income from Fiverr. You need to have a gig which is handy and cost effective , so that people will give you the task.

I have made more than 3000$ through Fiverr.

Tip : If you are good at something, never do it for free. Why don't you post a gig and give yourself a try.

As far as I know the Payment clearing Time is long Enough, after delivering completed job then Fiverr takes too much time of 14 days

You WONT receive money automatically. Once the money has been cleared, you will have to withdraw the money to your Paypal account.

I personally don't like Fiverr because the payment takes too long to be cleared and after all the fees you end up with like 3.80$ or something.

while it is a good way to earn a little money, you should not be providing gigs, you should outsourcing using fiverr with your own product. That is a better way to make money, business building not money spinning with fiverr.

Think of the ownwers who thought up fiverr, they are making ship loads of money and getting others to do the work.

    Here goes!

Upon gig completion --> Buyer accepted the job done --> Gig marked "delivered" --> 4$ hold in your account for 14 days for clearance --> 14 days later, hit the withdraw button --> Bang! 3.92$ instant to your PayPal account.

Do note they take 1$ off every of your sales and 0.08 as PayPal fees.

End up, 14 days for 3.92$. No min. withdrawal and min. requirement.

OK, I am an off and on FIVERR seller, but you do not get the entire fiverr as we say. First, the company takes one dollar out as an expense. Pay pal has its fees so you only get $3.92 per gig. Also, this is important - FIVERR holds my money. It is a 20 day hold now. Then the money goes to my pay pal accout where I have to wait 3 -5 days for it to go into my checking account and the bank holds on one day, then I can go to my ATM money money and withdraw the cash in the form of $20 bills although with fiverr I have to pay to use my ATM $2 per transaction so there you go.

This is all very true! However your goal is to get those "gig extras" and get the average cost of your gig up more then $5. When you let the money build up, then take it out...it feels like you got paid more. You can signup for free for a PayPal debit card and pay for anything anywhere that debit is accepted. So once you transfer from Fiverr to PayPal, you have funds ready to spend on a card. I personally use my PayPal debit card more then any other card I own.

I've been thinking about getting the PayPal debit card for a while. When I qualify for gig extras, I am very thrilled. Since my gig only covers (for $5) a page of my writing, that's going to make a big difference when I can add in extras for people who want 5k, 10k, 20k stories, etc.

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get my funds transferred to my Paypal account. After I entered my Paypal email to withdraw funds, the page just kept resetting. I checked my email later on to find a confirmation link sent from Fiverr asking if I wanted to withdraw the funds. I wish something would have popped up on the screen to let me know to check my email for the link.
