How to Sign up Affiliates into my Affiliate Program

Hi all,

I have just launched my own affiliate program for my products and services. I created my own program though a wordpress so its not in an affiliate network like clickbank.

My questions is, how would you go about getting people to join your program.

I am about to start personally emailing people who I think would be a fit and inviting them into the program....but I need some more ideas.

    People get requests like that all the time, so the best thing to do would be offering 100% commission on the product, and instead earn money on a monthly subscription product.

    What got me hundreds of affiliates is something super primitive and time consuming that i'm sure most people will not like but it worked for me and it's going to seminars.

        I've been thinking about this very thing, and honestly, if you want to create affiliates, you need the aporopriate tracking software and it wouldn't hurt to have a billing provider who can pay your affiliates automatically for you.

        Other than that, a good way to get affiliates would be making their marketing efforts as easy as possible, in other words, give them something of value, how about free hosting?

        What about an essentially turnkey website, like a Wordpress template for all of your affiliates that installs pre-populated with content, and that they only need to alter the affiliate links in to have a great site to market your material with.

        What about a free course teaching them free methods to market their website and in return market your product, i.e. video demos and email content for their lists.

        Give your affiliates tons of free tools because if they spend money to market your product or spend time to market your product, they will make you a success and vice versa!

    Submit it to Clickbank and Paydotcom. Create an affiliate sign up page and submit it to the affiliate directories. Advertise on Clickbank and Paydotcom to promote your affiliate program.
